INGREDENTS: Dehydrated cooked sweet corn, cooked dehydrated brown rice, rolled soybeans, dehydrated apples, cashews, apricots, spicy rotini tomato pasta, raw pepitas (shelled pumpkin seed), dehydrated sweetened cranberries, non roasted filberts, non roasted shelled Brazil nuts, non roasted walnuts, Goldenfeast Granola (consisting of: rolled oats, rolled wheat, brown sugar, canola oil, un-sulfured dehydrated coconut, sweet dairy whey, oat flour, roasted almonds and honey), organic banana chips, dried cherries, spinach rotini pasta, whole cinnamon, cooked dehydrated kidney beans, coked dehydrated black beans, hulled oats, wheat, white kafir, poppy seed, cooked dehydrated chic peas, mango, ginger, coconut, pignolias (shelled pine nuts), carob, dehydrated parsley, dehydrated basil, freeze dried chives, freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried blueberries, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus casei fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus plantarum frementation product, dried Lactobacillus fermentum fermentation product, dried Enterococcus faecium fermentation product , and dried Bifidobacterium longum fermentation product, and natural flavorings to include oil of cinnamon, orange and lemon.

INSTRUCTIONS: Serve dry or cooked. Fill microwave container with South American Preservation Blend II and add water just to cover. Cook on high for 4 minutes, stir and cook for 4 additional minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Refrigerate or freeze remaining amount. - Designed to be cooked but can be soaked using boiling water and soaking for 2-3 hours.
