We use only pure cold-rolled American steel. Foreign steel quality is often inferior and may
contain unsafe trace minerals.

Strong, smooth, welded corners. Our cages are welded, not bolted, to assure perfect melding of all framing, bars, and grating.

Our specially made crocks are human grade, lead free procelain that are resistant to breakage.
 

Smooth, oversized casters makes moving cage to new locations a breeze, and will not damage floors!

High-Tech M.I.G. Welding and Jigs Assure High Quality.

Our cages are Metal Inert Gas welded, not bolted, which eliminates messy splatter  common with regular rod welding and creates a stronger, more durable joint. All cages are made in a jig, insuring perfect squareness and uniform spacing.

Some cheaper cages use enamel spray paints and coatings of foreign origin. When  you buy a California Cage, you will know that every batch of USA made powder coating is custom made and lab tested to meet our ridged safety standards.

3 Step Coating System.

1. After welding, our cage is sand-blasted to clean and pit the steel surface. This  insures a better adhesion of the powder coating. Our manufacturers use acid!

2. The cage is electrostatically charged to insure a thick, even application of the powder-coating material.

3. They are then baked in a super heated oven to liquefy and harden the coating for a most durable, long lasting finish.

Stainless steel saftey lock is rust-proof, and gives your feathered friend added safety.

       We devote more people to quality control than to the actual manufacturing process!
       Every weld is hand checked....sometimes over 200 per cage! This ensures that you
       receive the best quality product, in which you will be proud to display your prized
       feathered friend!

Quick-Release Skirts and Slide-out Grates for Easy Cleaning.

       Our newly designed quick-release Seed Guards are easily removed. And our
       one-piece Cage Grate on the bottom slides out. Features which make it easy for you
       to thoroughly clean your bird's home...and are so unique that they are patented.
